A flexible production line specially customized for customers for the assembly and inspection of the 472QA and B-PULS variable displacement oil pump product assemblies in various processes, which realizes automatic recording of product assembly and inspection results, and traceability of quality collection data.

The total length of the equipment is about 9.5 meters and the width is 3.8 meters, which is in a "U" shape layout. It is mainly composed of screw plug assembly machine, filter screen cover installation machine, pump body hopper, swing ring assembly machine, spring press installation machine, blade assembly machine, blade height difference detector, pump cover assembly machine, pump cover re-tightening machine, laser coding machine, screw plug installation machine, assembly testing machine and other parts. It is collinear with the customer's on-site equipment and has strong compatibility.

The equipment is connected with the equipment by a belt line to transfer products and reduce personnel movement. The fixture of each station can be quickly switched, and the relevant control parameters can be set according to different products and the selection of processes, so as to realize flexible production with multi-variety switching function control. The equipment has high precision and good stability to achieve stable and high-quality production.
