The equipment size is 2.8 * 2.6 * 2m (L*W*H); it mainly consists of the stations of code scanning, labeling, laser marking, testing, etc., adopts the intelligent camera system for positioning detection, applies PID principle and VOC detector to detect gas leakage, realizes functions of automatic code scanning, automatic insulating sheet pasting, laser marking, leakage test, etc., and meets the compatible operation of various sizes of products. The product yield reaches over 98% (excluding abnormal incoming materials).

Button Battery Production Line

This equipment is mainly used for the assembly, cleaning, testing, packaging and other process production of button batteries. It consists of the front assembly section, positive plate assembly section, positive electrode cover assembly section, liquid filling station, primary sealing station, cleaning station, secondary sealing station, cleaning and drying line, testing and packaging equipment, etc. The production line mainly realizes the functions of button battery assembly, cleaning, testing, packaging, etc., solves the problem of metal rebound at the buckle cover and meets the needs of customers.
The production line capacity is 4,500 pcs/H, compatible with many products of different sizes. According to customers' needs, we can flexibly configure different standard parts such as barcode scanner and provide various configurations with different cost performance.
The equipment is stable and safe. The safety door switch is installed on the door of the equipment. When the equipment works normally, open the door of the equipment, and the equipment will stop running. The closed and transparent enclosure is adopted, so that the personnel can observe the internal moving parts of the equipment conveniently and quickly without touching the equipment.
